2.4 Accurate Information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.5 KYC Verification. jll16 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes but is not limited to: UMID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, and PhilHealth ID. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jll16 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jll16 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your jll16 account, whether or not authorized by you. jll16 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 Non-Transferability. Your jll16 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the account's banking section and may vary by payment method.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform, which are typically 10–30 minutes for GCash and Maya, and 1–4 hours for bank transfers during business days. 4.4 Player Funds. Player funds deposited into jll16 accounts are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational expenses. This segregation is maintained in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers. All game results are final once the round has concluded. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, jll16 will follow established dispute resolution procedures.
6.3 Malfunction. In the event of a platform malfunction, system error, or software defect that affects game outcomes, jll16 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return stakes to players. jll16 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jll16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, or profits, even if jll16 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jll16's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in your jll16 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
jll16 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to have violated these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or regulatory order, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity associated with your account.
Upon termination, any balance in your account that is not subject to a hold, investigation, or forfeiture will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to jll16's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
jll16 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
